For funeral services, we retain your data in an identifiable form for a period of 24 months from the date you provide it to us or, if applicable, the date of the funeral, whichever is later. Any banking information is promptly deleted after use.
Regarding employee information, we retain personal data for the minimum period required by relevant legislation or national guidance, such as HMRC guidelines. After this period, all data is securely destroyed. Personal information of unsuccessful job applicants is securely destroyed after a period of 6 months.
We conduct regular reviews of suppliers' and professionals' personal information every 24 months, along with a legitimate interest assessment. If retention is deemed necessary, we retain the information for an additional 24 months, unless you request otherwise or the information is no longer required for daily processing, at which point it is securely destroyed.
